We are NOT affiliated with DGFT, the Government of India, or any other
government department or authority.
2. Applicant Declaration
- I confirm that all information and documents submitted by me are true, complete and
accurate.
- I understand that submission of incorrect or false information may result in rejection, delay or
cancellation of my application.
- I authorize IEC Registration Council to prepare and process my application based on the
information provided by me.
- I understand that approval or rejection of the IEC application depends solely upon the concerned
government authority.
3. Consultancy Charges
The payment made on this website is towards consultancy, documentation assistance,
application preparation, verification, customer support and administrative processing. Government
fees, wherever applicable, are separate.
4. Processing Time
Application processing time depends upon document verification, government portal availability,
bank verification and other external factors. Processing timelines are only estimated and are not
guaranteed.
5. Refund Policy
Consultancy fees become chargeable once processing has commenced. Refund requests shall be
governed by our Refund Policy and may not be applicable after processing has started.
6. Limitation of Liability
IEC Registration Council shall not be responsible for application rejection, processing delays,
government portal downtime, bank verification delays, technical issues or losses arising due to
incorrect information provided by the applicant.
